you would operate.
Now comes the time to set the correct payout level. Our experience has shown that a payout range
of between 25 - 30% is the ideal setting for this game.
Security Locking Rods (Fit only if required)
; Security locking-rods are an excellent security device. These are designed to reduce the thet? of
prizes in machines and will reduce the instance of prizes being shaken off prize %ns. The locking
rods are located to run within the spiral of the prize arms. In the event an operator feels their site is
well secured the machine will work correctly without having security rods. Please remember the
security rods are designed as an additional security feature in Time Buster.
Note. The Security Locking Rods are supplied in the cash box of the machine. Our experience
shows that they are not required in well supervised locations however we leave it to the individual
operator to decide whether or not to fit them. The machine actually vends the prize more
consistently without them.
Prize loading (Security rod fitted)
Unscrew (clo&wise) and remove reverse threaded security rods from the spiral arm
Load prizes by looping hangers over the ‘screw rails’ of the prize arm - one per twist for small
prizes - tit to suit for larger prizes. Reinstall security rod (if fitted) threading it OVER hangers. Use
wire ties for prizes without hangers. Use a hole punch for prizes on ‘cards’ - make two holes in
cards to allow prizes to hang facing front forward.
Once in place twist the security rod (anti-clockwise) until it locks into position. (If fitted)
Time Buster is equipped with auditing features that will help you fine-tune the operation of your
machine. Simply analyse the win profile of a machine to select popular prizes for use in your Time
Buster. The win profile also highlights prizes that are not popular with your customers. Time
Buster’s audit feature enables you to assess the winning levels of various products as well as the
skill level of your customers. An Accurate assessment of your customer’s prize preferences and
abilities is more clearly revealed to you if you remember to clear the audit features and not have old
information combined with new information. Your Time Buster manual will show you how to clear
old information in a few easy steps. Use the test switch to step into the audit menu and obtain the
following details: -
Functions A0 I -A08 - The number of prizes won from each arm
Function A09 - The number of non-winning games
Function Al0 - Total number of games played
Function Al 1 - Total number of games landing on 1000.
This information will enhance the finetuning of your machine and ensures that your Time Buster is
making you money to the best of its ability.
